For over sixty years, a family history
Cordero 1958 brand is the new mood of our historic company Molino di Borgo San Dalmazzo, which was born in 1958 from the hands of my grandfather, Luigi Cordero, starting to grind grains for the homemade bakery for our local territory.
After my grandfather it was my father, Vittorino, who led the company for years, practically for a whole lifetime, until a few years ago, when he passed the baton to me. I am proud and proud to continue making it grow by following their example and actualizing the business to today’s reality.
For several years the main products sold by our mill were polenta and flour, of different types, to meet the needs of bakers, restaurateurs, pizza makers and the many families who came to buy from us the products to put every day on their tables.
Since 1992 we decided to evolve, changing the old processes, starting a new type of packaging: the vacuum pack, which allows to keep intact the organoleptic characteristics of the products, preserving their fibers, vitamins and nutritional values. Today, this is the main activity of our company, thanks to which our products are requested and appreciated in many countries in the world.
For over 60 years, my family is managing this company, today arrived with me in the third generation, becoming a reference point on our territory for those looking for these products.
From this family history, and from the constant wish to grow, the Cordero 1958 brand is born: new and old products, coming from excellent Italian raw materials, with a cool and elegant style, without losing integrity, genuineness and goodness.
